Do I need to buy the camera?
You don't have to source it yourself. With the Pro plan we supply a camera and install it, leaving it up and running at your lot. The camera and installation have a one-time cost of US$ 324.68, paid with the first payment; after that you only pay the subscription. If you need more cameras (for example, one for the entrance and one for the exit), each is charged as an extra.
Can I start with Basic and switch to Pro later?
Yes. Start with Basic and move to Pro whenever you like: we install the camera and your rates, monthly parkers and movements stay as they are.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Garify is 100% web-based: you log in from the browser on your lot's computer, with nothing to download or install. No servers needed either, and we help you get set up.
What if the internet goes down?
Garify runs on the web, so it needs an internet connection. Your data is stored in the cloud: when the connection comes back, everything is right where you left it.
Is there support?
Yes. We support you on WhatsApp and by email from setup through day-to-day operations, so you can solve any question without stopping work.
